Wear parts catalog for BGL 2020
Expenditures for maintaining the operational readiness of light equipment are a significant component of total equipment costs. The assumption of costs for maintenance and equipment care, repairs, damage repair and replacement of wear and tear parts is therefore a frequent point of discussion - especially in joint ventures (ARGEN) - which should definitely be contractually regulated in advance in order to avoid disputes between the parties involved in construction. Based on the data in the BGL 2020, a separately available wear parts catalog for the BGL 2020 was therefore developed for better handling.
Building equipment in ARGEN
The list of construction equipment plays an important role, especially in construction consortia. If the partners of a consortium provide the consortium with construction equipment (equipment stock) for the execution of the construction contract, this must be regulated by contract. The use of the CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT LIST as a basis for settlement in Argen is generally accepted and is even recommended in the current sample contract of the Arbeitsgemeinschaftsvertrag (ARGE-Vertrag) of the Hauptverband der Deutschen Bauindustrie e.V.

Building equipment in ARGEN (Austria)
Also the Austrian sample contract of the ARGE contract as well as the rules of procedure for ARGE contracts of the professional association of the building industry refer directly to the construction equipment list. This list sets - practically significant for ARGEn - the value of construction equipment in a quantifiable relationship to each other, so that construction equipment can be provided by the ARGE partners in proportion to their participation in the ARGE.
